01What we hold about you
If you haven’t filled in our form, we hold nothing about you — the website uses no cookies and no analytics. If you have, we hold your name, e-mail, your company and message if you gave them, the areas of interest you chose, your IP address and the time you sent the form. The privacy policy describes this in detail.
02Your rights
- Access — get a copy of what we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction of processing — keep the data but stop working with it.
- Portability — get your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawing consent — at any time, without giving a reason. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
03How to exercise them
Write to info@enrys.eu from the e-mail address you entered in the form — that is how we find your record. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you only want to stop receiving our e-mails, just write “unsubscribe”. Every e-mail you get from us also contains an unsubscribe link.
04Automatic deletion
We don’t wait for you to ask. We delete contacts after 24 months at the latest, submissions flagged as spam after 30 days and technical records for the submission limit after 48 hours.
05Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
