Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is ENRYS s.r.o., Company ID 29960711, with its registered office at Varšavská 715/36, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 455161. We operate the NabiKarta brand.

Contact for data protection matters: info@enrys.eu. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the law does not require us to.

We process only what you fill in yourself in the form “Keep me posted”:

• your first and last name,
• your e-mail address,
• your company name and message — both optional,
• what you are interested in (driver, business, branded cards, partnership),
• your consent to marketing contact and when you gave it.

We also store your IP address and the time you sent the form. We use them only to protect the form from abuse (a limit on the number of submissions) and to prove the consent you gave.

• To get in touch with you with news about the launch — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time.
• To protect the form from spam — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the service working.

We do not use the data for profiling or automated decision-making.

• Submitted contacts: at most 24 months from submission, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.
• Submissions flagged as spam: 30 days, so that we can correct a wrong flag. After that they are deleted automatically.
• Records for the submission limit: 48 hours.

We do not sell your data or pass it on for anyone else’s marketing. It is processed by our web hosting provider, acting as our processor.

The charging station map in the “Drivers” section is loaded from CARTO. That is why it does not load by itself — it starts only after you click it. Until then, CARTO knows nothing about you. Clicking the map shares your IP address with CARTO so that it can deliver the map tiles to you.

This website uses no cookies. We use no analytics, advertising scripts or tracking pixels, so there is nothing to consent to.

We store a single value in your browser’s storage (localStorage): that you closed the cookie notice, so that it doesn’t show again. It contains no personal data and is never sent anywhere. You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Fonts are hosted on this website itself, so loading a page does not connect you to any third party.
